JazzTimes will be publishing a conference program which will run in the January/February issue of JazzTimes, as well as being printed and distributed as a stand-alone publication on-site at Jazz Congress, APAP and Winter Jazzfest.

Pre-Conference Showcase / Party in Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola
Host an exclusive evening in Dizzy's Club, Jazz at Lincoln Center's premiere jazz club, with exception sound, food, and views of Central Park and Columbus Circle.
Opening Night Reception in the Ertegun Atrium
Monday evening following the keynote session, all Jazz Congress attendees are invited to a reception in the Mica and Ahmet Ertegun Atrium. The reception can include food, beer, wine, and cocktails, with performance opportunities on the stage overlooking Columbus Circle. Media impressions can be gained on reception materials such as napkins as well as on the oversized media wall in the Atrium. Sponsor(s) will also have a brief opportunity to address attendees. Sponsorship available to a single exclusive sponsor or three co-sponsors.
On Site Branding
Showcase your brand, release, or name on one side of Jazz Congress tote bags distributed to all attendees, or put your name on badge lanyards. You can also include material in the conference tote bag.
Twelve tabletops are available to community organizations and artists in the Ertegun Atrium for those seeking in-person engagements with attendees. Tabletop sponsorship includes two conference registrations. Prices increase November 1st. *LIMITED AVAILABILITY.
